Belediye eş başkan yardımcısı seçildiğinden beri özveri ile çalışan ve halkın hizmetinde olan Ağrı belediyesi eş başkan yardımcısı Ömer Polat Kazım Karabekir Mahallesi’nde (Esen tepe son durak) halkın kendi imkanları ile yapmaya çalıştığı, Caminin temel atma törenine katıldı.
